Joel Koskan, a former South Dakota Senate candidate, who failed the election last year, is now sentenced to 10 years in state prison.
Prior to the 2022 senate election, Joel was arrested on charges relating to child abuse. On Tuesday morning, he pleaded guilty to two counts of felony incest.
