His father Alfredo Zayden used to own an import and export business. And his mother Graciella Zayden was the daughter of a construction magnate. However, their store was burnt in 1958 by militants. the couple, therefore, had to migrate to Miami.
His father then started working for the Central Intelligence Agency because of which they had to travel from one country to another.
