Was Lil Baby Shot Dead Today?
There has been a widespread rumor that rapper Lil Baby was shot today. People are citing Channel 22 News as a reference for him being shot to death. So, we looked into the said news source and found that it was a hoax site where you can create pranks and share them on social media. Channel 22 is not actually a news site but a prank site.
We looked into the news that said Lil Baby was Shot Today and it mentions:
Dominique Jones, professionally known as Lil baby was found dead in a car parked by his house. He was found by his friend at 7:34 pm. Sources said he was shot multiple time in the chest area. We don’t know who the suspect is but the police are on the hunt. Lil baby was a talented rapper but now he will be missed.
We can assure you that this is a hoax and there is no truth to Lil Baby being shot today. A similar hoax circulated on social media where a site name thehardtime.net published that Lil Baby tragically passed away in his sleep last night due to apparent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or SIDS, his grieving team announced.
It is also not true and Lil Baby is well and alive. The rapper who has over 15 million followers on Instagram just posted a photo along with a caption that asked his followers what their favorite song was from The Voice of the streets.
The rapper met with Vice President Kamala Harris on May 26th and posted the message on Instagram.
