Marquavis Goolsby, popularly known as Dae Dae, is currently wanted by the Union City Police Department, Georgia.
Dae Dae has been in the hip-hop scene for more than 6 years and was in the limelight for his 2015 hit “What you Mean”.
Dae Dae has not been arrested as of now but is a prime suspect in the ongoing investigation. He is accused of stabbing at Dunkin Donuts last December.
According to police, they were called to the Dunkin’ location in Union City in response to a fight. Police arrived and saw the victim, Mekiah Bryant, lying on the floor. She had had a visible cut to her left arm, according to the report.
The police then questioned Bryant who said that an unknown man pulled into the drive-thru and was upset when he didn’t get the items he ordered and left the location.
Then the unknown man returned, got out from his red Audi, and had a huge discussion with the staff. The argument soon escalated and the unknown man pulled and knife and swung at her multiple times.
The unknown male left the location, but not before leaving some evidence behind. The suspect managed to leave his white sneakers behind in the midst of all of the commotion.
Is Dae Dae Arrested?
Dae Dae has not been arrested as of now. A look at his Instagram profile shows him beside a red Audi but we do not know at the moment if that Audi belongs to him.
However, Dae Dae has already been charged with stabbing and it is only a matter of time before he is arrested.
An arrest warrant has already been issued for 29-year-old Dae Dae, on charges of aggravated assault.
“The crazy thing about the entire exchange is that, I believe that he wanted a certain type of donut, or donuts, and they did not have those donuts, apparently,” Kamau Mason, the victim’s attorney said.
The victim is a minor, so her attorney spoke on the family’s behalf. Aside from being stabbed in her left arm, he said she’s fearful and shaken.
“Through the grace of God, she was able to survive that encounter,” Mason said.

What is the punishment for Aggravated Assault in Georgia?
The basic sentence for aggravated assault in Georgia is a minimum of one year in prison and a maximum of 20 years. The court has the discretion to impose fines up to $100,000, and probation of up to 20 years.
Dae Dae Previous Arrests
This is not the first time that the rapper Dae Dae has been arrested. Back in February, 2018 he was arrested in Green County on stolen gun and drug allegations.
Goolsby was a passenger in a Chevrolet Tahoe that Greene County authorities stopped for going 92 mph in a 70 mph zone on I-20, Stancill said.
Authorities found guns in the vehicle. Dae Dae was the passenger and the driver, Dontavious McCray, was also arrested and faced charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Dae Dae tried to dispose of marijuana in the patrol car while he was being taken to jail, according to authorities.
