Liza May Minnelli is a 73-years-old Award-winning American actress and singer; best known for her performance in Cabaret.
Liza has been on the news recently for expressing that she won’t be watching Judy, a biopic based on her mom. Actress Renee Zellweger will play Judy Garland in the movie.
A source close to the actress told TMZ,
she “most likely” won’t see “Judy,” starring Renee, because she’s always stayed away from onscreen depictions of her mother or herself, and this one, in particular, has the potential to be painful viewing.
It has also been reported that Liza might find many of the scenes hurtful, and she doesn’t want the memories of her mother to be smeared. Further, Liza also believes that, if people are interested in knowing about her mother, they don’t need a biopic; “they can simply watch her classic films or listen to her records.”

However, it might be because of her budding age, that her fans can’t help but keep asking if she is alive or not.
