Shane Gills is a stand-up comedian and a writer who was also among one of three newly announced SNL members to debut in the 4th season of the show.
But along with the announcement of big news for Shane came along a bitter reality, as he came under fire due to the resurfacing of his old video; where he uses racial slurs.
Shane had immediately issued an apology apologizing to the all those who were offended and hurt,

But, many of SNL’s avid fans didn’t buy the apology and wanted the show to fire Shane immediately.
