Phill Lewis, who played Mr. Moseby aka Mariosn Moseby; one of the famous characters on the Disney Channel’s The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, is rumored to be dead.
Amid the rumors, many of his fans are concerned if Phill is actually dead. Well, fortunately enough, nothing has happened to Phill Lewis and he is doing just fine.
Currently, he must be celebrating Thanksgiving with his friends and family!

Who did Phill Lewis Kill?
Meanwhile, although Phill is alive and cherishing his life, he once was the reason for somebody’s death.
Back in 1993 Phill Lewis, was sentenced this to a year in jail for killing a 21-year-old woman. Phill happened to take the life of a lady named Isabel Duartea in December 1991.
The Zack and Cody actor, Phil slammed head-on into a car driven by Isabel Duarte in Potomac, Md., which caused her to die.
Upon examination, it was found that Phill’s blood measured three times the legal limit of intoxication. Along with one year sentencing, Lewis was also placed on two years’ probation and ordered to do 350 hours of community service.
