Ramsey Orta is the man who filmed the death of Eric Garner; a man, who died in 2014 after getting choke-hold by a cop named Daniel Pantaleo.
According to the detectives on the scene; Eric was allegedly selling illegal cigarettes; for which, they were trying to arrest him. However, in the video, Eric was seen denying the allegation. Ramsey Orta, who also was one of Eric’s friend and a group member, filmed the ordeal.
