However, the arrival of Stephen Bywater on 12 August 2006 further limited Grant’s first-team opportunities. Grant was able to string together six appearances in September and October 2006, but after Bywater’s return to fitness, he was again left out of the team until his final appearance for Derby against Ipswich Town on 14 April 2007 when he came on a substitute after Bywater had been shown a red card. Grant’s contract expired on 2 July 2007 and an extension was not offered by Derby.

Lee Grant Salary / Net worth 2021
He might be the back-up of the back-up keeper; he does not care. Lee Grant is still making well over a million euros per year and he is happy at United.
Lee Grant’s net worth at the moment is about $4 Million. His market value is extremely low at the moment, he is probably playing for 1 or 2 more years, and should he be transferred an interested club should have to pay $600,000. Just by sitting on the bench, he makes $20,000 in wages at Manchester United.
Lee Grant Social Media
Lee grant likes to keep his private stuff very personal. The United Keeper is a very introverted person and that is why Lee is not active on any social media.
Grant has an Instagram and Twitter account but he does not post anything with only a single post on Instagram on the day he joined Manchester United. He expressed his joy and happiness through that one single post. With just about 57 followers on Twitter, he joined Twitter in January of 2016 with his last tweet in February of that same year.
Lee Grant Marriage, Wife
Lee Grant is a married person but we hardly see his wife. He does not like to share any information on his life and family.

Lee Grant Age, Birthday, Parents, Siblings
The 37 years old Manchester United third-choice keeper was born on January 27 1983 at Hemel Hempstead, England. He went to school and was raised in Hemel Hempstead which is a lovely little town close to London before he started his footballing journey and has been moving clubs and places ever since.
Lee has played in the Championship for the longest period of his career and only recently made the move to the Premier League. He is currently basically the back-up of the back-up goalkeeper at United so he rarely plays. Any further information about his parents and siblings is still unknown to this day, but hopefully, Lee will share about his family history in the upcoming future
