Clarkson and her estranged husband, Brandon, the 44-year-old Texas native, tied the knot in 2013. They share two children: daughter River, 7, and son Remington, 5 from their marriage.
Now, that the divorce got finalized, Kelly is all set to enter the dating scene again. This time, she is looking for a younger, up-and-coming country singer as per the source.
An insider told Us Weekly, back in August 2021;

Coincidentally, Brett Eldredge also fits the description of what Kelly wants in her new partner. As stated by an insider, Kelly is looking for a younger country singer. Meanwhile, Brett, 35-years-old, is both young, and a country singer.
Unfortunately, though, it is just a rumor and neither party has either confirmed or denied if anything is cooking between the two.
