My faith is incredibly important to me, and it has always been a part of my life since I was a young boy. I am proud to say that Linda and I have taught our 7 children and 24 grandchildren to always put our faith first. #LAGov pic.twitter.com/iepkG5AfHG

I am very disappointed that you have decided to take the low road and publish an ad that is negative about your fellow Republican, Dr. Abraham. Ronald Reagan said that there is a commandment that you do not talk about a fellow Republican in a negative way. It is sad when you have decided that you will use the Dem practice. My family is seriously reconsidering our vote.
Christians are better than that!
Edward [“Eddie”] is too stupid to be our Governor of Louisiana. It should be observed that local and state crooks are hanging around him to see what he will permit them to steal out of our political system. No more business crooks in our political system. We require ethical, liberal minds with astute academic and business experiences to forge our next 500 years. We just concluded our 500-year Royal Histories of Castile (Spain), Spain, France, Great Britain and U.S.A. [1519-2019 C.E.]. Eddie is sucking up to our notorious crooked oil & gas industry. Birds of like feathers flock together,
After seeing a recent tv commercial against Eddie, I would offer this suggestion. The tv commercial I refer to is the one where his company accepted 529 million dollars of tax breaks from the state that should have gone to education. Rebuttal:
1 Eddie is retired from the company he founded.
2. What 529 mil can they be talking about. His company’s gross in two states is 350 mil
3. Is John Bel saying that if Louisiana had a 529 million benefit available to the state, he would have turned it down. If that is what he means, he should not be chief executive of the state.
He is our version of Trump. Not a career politician. A businessman. I just hope he is treated better than Trump is since they come from the business world and not the world of politics. The Governors office is much more powerful than the Presidents, so he can do more. He has much more say in how the state is run than the President does.
We had two Oxford grads in business in office and they could have done so much for Louisiana but did absolutely nothing while in the mansion. It is going to take someone like Rispone to actually do what is needed to at least bring the state up to the level of Mississippi. How sad is that, to be behind Mississippi and have been for decades.
