Ephren Taylor, once known to be the youngest African-American CEO of City Capital Corporation, of a publicly traded company, is now a convict serving his sentence of 19 years, seven months in federal prison.
Taylor, who claimed being a self-made millionaire, devised and directed a nationwide Ponzi scheme that targeted to trick more than 400 people most of which where church-goers.
