I have been writing e-mails to my Congresswomen /aoc for quite some time toget her to help me get a benefit from my 1968 NYCPD cntract from 1968,this benefit is the Variable Supplement Fund which my pension contribution’s created, have yet been able to have her contact me and I live in her district and voted for her ,because Joe Crowley did listen to my problem, the City of NY is in violation of the US Constitution Contract Clause and NYS Constitution Art.V *7 Benefits can not be diminished or be impaired,and my complaint sit in the USAG SDNY when Preet Bharara and AG Koon Kim were in charge, never got any response from them maybe you can get this to AOC, I am a real Senior Citizen.This DEc. I will once again not receive the 12,000 VSF Benefit,because I retired with an ordinary disability pension
