Krista Madden is a certified Nurse anesthetist and a mother who is charged with attempted first-degree murder.
The 35-year-old, Krista, who initially reported being kidnapped along with her infant daughter appears to have lied as per the officials.
Krista made the 911 call claiming that she managed to escape from the kidnappers whereas, the suspects had taken her daughter.
But three hours from the call made by Krista; her daughter was found by a resident at the bottom of a 75-foot ravine; next to a car seat.
The case that first initiated as an investigation in relation to the kidnapping has now turned out to be an attempted murder case.
Furthermore, Sheriff Lowell Griffin, who is in charge of this case, stated that there was no evidence to support Krita’s claims of being kidnapped.
Hence, Madden has now gotten booked at the Henderson County Jail with a bond set at $750,000.
