Regarding the nature of her relationship with Dan Osbourne Steph tells Sun Online
“I would never go near a married man. It was purely professional.
“There has definitely never been anything romantic between us. He’s like a brother. I just don’t feel like that at all.”
Steph and Dan were pictured looking very close
The single business woman revealed the pair were on separate trips in the States but ended up meeting one evening for dinner.
“He was working with a gym over there. I was there seeing a friend in San Francisco and I have clients in LA so I went to see them,”
“We just went for dinner. He was working and I just met up with them and came back to the UK.”
“It was just friends having a night out together. I had a few drinks – about two cocktails and someone sent us a shot. It was just normal like I was chilling with any of my friends.
At the end of the evening, Steph was seen holding onto Dan, but while she admits she was a bit tipsy after a couple of cocktails mixed with jet lag, she has insisted it was purely innocent.
“I probably couldn’t stand up very well. I would do that to any of my male friends, just hold on to them,” she said.
“I am aware I look a bit drunk but I was a bit tired. It was 10pm and that was the latest I’d stayed out on the trip.”
After the pictures came out Steph reveals she and Dan laughed it off but she’s aware how tough it must for father-of-three Dan.
She said: “He was on a work thing and we know each other in such a professional capacity, I guess that would be annoying as a married person.
“I was upset for him because I knew nothing had happened and I didn’t want it to have any impact on his marriage at all. Obviously, for me, I don’t want people to think I am going near a married man.”
