Police believe he is with 35-year-old Arlene Drake, a Caucasian woman who is 5-foot, 102 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She is believed to be driving a 2004 silver Ford Mustang with a black chile New Mexico license plate AKMF23.
Their last known location was on Highway 47 and Jemez Road in Belen.
