Rose Hanbury and David Rocksavage have three children, twins Alexander, Earl of Rocksavage and Oliver, Lord Cholmondeley, and daughter Lady Iris.
Her husband David George Philip Cholmondeley, 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley, was born on 27 June 1960. He also acts as Lord Great Chamberlain of the United Kingdom, a role he is entitled to hold for the duration of present Queen’s reign.
Lord Cholmondeley is a descendant of Sir Robert Walpole, the first Prime Minister of Great Britain. He is the son of Hugh Cholmondeley, 6th Marquess of Cholmondeley, and his wife, the former Lavinia Margaret Leslie.
