Romeo Lacoste, the renowned tattoo artist, who is under a serious allegation of inappropriate texting to underage girls, broke his silence; and things don’t seem to be good for him.
Romeo was interviewed by Keemstar on 17th March, and the first thing he did was lash out at Keem with rage. Romeo said,
First, first I wanna say dude, I was watching your video, you are such an a** ***e bro.
Would have made sense if it happened the other way round though!
Keem then was quick to question Romeo -Why, and Romeo answered,
Damn man like, I just feel like, you should like, you are supposed to be like sort of like a neutral kind of guy. You are supposed be reporting facts not like fictions you know, and not like opinions and not like stuffs that’s not proven yet. You are supposed to be a news channel where people would go to find out cold hard facts.
The amount of time Romeo says ‘like’ in the above statement is way less than the number of people who don’t ‘like’ him right now!
Moving on, Romeo then mentions how he watched Keem’s video and found loopholes in it,
I was watching half of your video, I got halfway through it and I mean there are just so many loopholes as far as like stuffs that wasn’t even like fact check.
But, ignoring the severity of the things that he was there to discuss; Romeo thanked Keemstar for giving him the credit for being a great tattoo artist. He told,
I do appreciate you giving me credit for being a such a boss a** tattoo artist, tattooing everyone and being involved in the circle.
Well, Keemstar then went down to the business straight and asked if he was guilty of the allegations. To which Romeo replied, ‘some are real and some are fabricated’
I wanna say that some are real and some are fabricated. So, I think that the situation is out to make it look a lot, a lot, lot worse than it really is.
Lacoste further elaborated,
I feel in today’s social media and day and age with you know photoshop and having multiple accounts and different kind of things; it’s like really easy to sort of manipulate the situation and make things look a lot worse than they really are.
Is Romeo Lacoste Guilty
The interview goes along for 36 minutes and other than making excuses for the things that he is alleged of; Romeo does nothing else.
He tried to justify him deleting his Twitter account by saying that he was receiving tons of hates. Romeo mentioned, his Twitter started to blow up and his family, friends and girlfriend started getting threats.
Also, Romeo addressed the fact that it isn’t the first time that he is accused of texting underage girls.
I have been accused of sh**s like this before but there is no proof that any of these girls were of that age – said Romeo
Moving on, Romeo as well admits to the fact that he texted a girl asking; if she was willing to do it before turning 18.
But, he then tried justifying that act saying,
This happened in 2016, this was like 3 years ago, I was in a completely different time of life. I was new to like social media, I was new to like the fame, I was new to people giving me attention on social media and sort of like girls being flirty and throwing themselves at me.
Romeo continued,
And honestly like I didn’t really understand the whole like twitter community where people have all these fake accounts, spam accounts, and sort of like impersonation account where they lie about their age.
Lastly, he made his final point saying, had he known that those girls who he texted were of age 14/15 he would have never done that!
What are your thoughts on Romeo’s statement? Is Romeo Lacoste guilty?
