Ally Smash Ex-Girlfriend Controversy
Ally, who was considered the best Mario player in Canada, before his retirement, has been into controversy for over a year now. On March 2018, Ally’s manager cum ex-girlfriend, who goes by the name Breezy, on Twitter, made claims that he abused her while they were in a relationship.
Breezy posted her accusations in her website explaining all that she went through. Also, she mentioned that the decision of opening up on the matter was due to the advice that she received from the domestic violence hotline that she contacted.
Here is the excerpt from her article that explains what she went through,
The 3 years that I was in a relationship with Ally, it was an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship. It wouldn’t have even been as long as 3 years, but whenever I tried to end the relationship, he would guilt me into staying, threaten to commit suicide, or even just not recognize my decision.
Not just was Ally abusing his girlfriend emotionally but he used to control her with money as well,
He controlled me with money! Before I met him, from at least age 11 to 17, I always earned my own money; from working on my family’s farm and having multiple paper routes through The Flint Journal. So, being financially dependent on a person wasn’t something I was used to, nor something I liked. But, Ally made sure that he was the only one in the relationship with money and that he controlled how that money was spent and when I was allowed any.
Moreover, Ally as well started interfering in Breezy’s personal space. He took control over who she was allowed to talk to and who she was not,
Ally also controlled who I could and couldn’t talk to. He was/is extremely jealous and assumes that I’m interested in every person of the opposite sex that I have interactions with. Before I met Ally, I was good friends with Bloo (or I guess more people know him by the tag Judged) and Anther, and Ally disapproved of me spending time with them. He would often say mean things about them to me behind their backs.
The list of Ally’s dirty laundry that Breezy accuses him of, is as long as it can get. She has shared multiple screenshots of the conversations that she had with her friend explaining what was happening to her.

Ally Smash Retirement
Earlier this morning, Ally took to Twitter to announce that he was retiring from Smash as of now. He released an official statement expressing that his ex-girlfriend took benefit of the current situation that Ally was in with Zack to bring forth her story yet again.
Further, he did admit to the fact that he dated Zack but claimed that he didn’t do him any wrong. Also he apologized to every one that he disappointed including the entire nation, Canada!

Ally Smash and Captain Zack Controversy
For those who aren’t familiar with the whole situation, it recently came to light that Ally was dating a fellow gamer Captain Zack.
But the problem wasn’t because Ally dated Zack; but because, Zack is a minor, and is 17 years old as of 2019.
Many speculations also have been made that Ally might have been sexually abusive to Zack, however, those are just the speculations. Based on the fact that Captain Zack is a minor, Ally is accused of being a pedophile as well.
